§2 WHAT DATA WE PROCESS AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE

We limit the collection and use of customer data to the minimum necessary to provide high-quality services. We process the data you provide in forms available on our website: your first and last name, e-mail address, shipping address, invoicing details, phone number, and in the case of payments other than cash-on-delivery, your bank account number or credit card information.

We also process data left when visiting our website, such as your IP number – such information is not combined with personal data. Our website uses cookies.

Depending on the purpose of data processing and the category of processed data, the legal grounds for processing your data are:

    legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – processing is necessary for contract performance.

§3 RETENTION PERIOD OF YOUR DATA

You may withdraw any consent given to us at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. Data processed on the basis of your consent is stored until the moment of its withdrawal.

Data processed on the basis of a contract is stored until the end of the limitation period for possible claims arising from the contract, extended by one year in case you submit a claim just before the expiry of the period and your request is delivered with delay.

Data processed on the basis of legal obligations is stored for the period required by the relevant regulations.

Data processed on the basis of our legitimate interest is stored until the interest ceases or until you submit an objection, if such an objection is permitted by law.

Providing your data for marketing purposes is voluntary. If you do not provide consent, your data will not be used for such purposes.
